**** I was thinking of identifying a client who is in a correctional setting for neglecting a child by leaving the child home alone while she went out to a bar and got intoxicated and later arrested because she got into a physical fight with her childs father as mom was arriving home. Mom was arrested for endangerment to a child and domestic violence as well as intoxication.

Some sservices hat can be offered to mom is parenting classes, anger management and Alcohol educational services, I also feel tthat mom could benefit from counseling services to assist in recovering from the crisis she put herself and her child in.
